Jennifer has over twenty-three years of experience in the community banking industry. She is a skilled professional with a variety of experience, including training, front-line and back-office knowledge and leading projects to success. She has the keen ability to problem solve under the most difficult of circumstances, she possesses exceptional organizational skills, and willingness to learn from superiors and peers, while paying close attention to detail.
Before joining Vitex, Jennifer last served as Operations Officer for a large bank in Massachusetts. While in this position, she was responsible for managing the Deposit Operations Department and the eServices Department and overseeing daily operational processes. She also played an active role in bank-wide projects, implemented process improvements, maintained vendor relationships, was responsible for budget planning and departmental audits and managed the bank’s fleet of ATMs. Jennifer worked closely with the systems core provider, escalating issues that arose through a case management system, facilitated BETA testing for the core provider and was a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the core system.
Jennifer has also served as Quality Assurance Supervisor, Internet/Call Center Assistant Branch Manager, Branch Administration Assistant, Customer Service Supervisor, Customer Service Representative and Teller/Senior Teller.
Jennifer is a graduate of New England College of Business with an Associates in Science in Business Administration and New England School of Financial Studies.
Away from the office, Jennifer is involved in the local school district and community, and enjoys running, the beach, Cape Cod and spending time with her children.
