Mark is an experienced consultant and project manager with an extensive background in complex banking projects and systems, with over 30 years of experience in banking operations and bank consulting. Mark worked eleven years with Marine Midland Bank (now HSBC-USA) as Vice President in various operating groups and since 1990 as a Senior Project Manager/Director at various bank consulting firms. As a Senior Project Manager/Director, Mark has delivered revenue enhancement projects at over 60 national and international banks, ranging in size from small community banks like Bank of Akron (Akron, NY) to large money center banks like Key Bank, Wachovia, and Wells Fargo.
Mark has significant experience in many phases of data mining, finance, and banking operations, including almost twenty years of experience providing domestic and international consulting services concentrating on a comprehensive analysis of product and service profitability in the financial industry.
Mark has managed revenue enhancement consulting engagements at many leading commercial and community banks, including identification of opportunities and quantification of benefits; consumer and commercial product design/pricing; design of fee collection performance measurement and monitoring systems; and ongoing consultation, support and implementation assistance.
Mark has extensive experience in analyzing, developing, implementing, and monitoring automated NSF/OD decision-making systems (i.e., Courtesy Overdraft programs). He holds a B.S. in Management & Marketing, as well as an M.B.A. from Canisius College, Buffalo, NY.
