Justin brings more than 20 years of experience in banking, operations, and project management. He has held leadership roles across both large national banks and community banks, where he managed branch operations, led teams, and built strong client relationships.
Prior to joining Vitex, Justin expanded his focus into technology and implementation management. He served as Project Manager and Implementation Manager at CSI, where he specialized in SaaS client onboarding, process improvement, and enterprise system conversions. In these roles, he successfully guided institutions through complex projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.
His professional expertise spans project planning, financial center operations, client onboarding, and strategic technology initiatives.
Justin is working towards a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
Justin lives in Washington, where he enjoys camping, hiking, and running—often with his four kids in tow. He’s active in the community, coaching youth sports and embracing the outdoors as a way to stay energized and connected.
