Eric Devine serves as the President and CEO of Vitex, where he cultivates a highly motivated and goal-driven environment. With expertise in contract negotiations, banking technology, and operations, Eric excels in optimizing banking infrastructure for daily operational success. His extensive business and technical backgrounds afford him a profound understanding of effective leadership in management.

With over two decades of experience in the banking industry, Eric has established himself as a seasoned professional. Throughout his career, he has held various prominent positions, including First Vice President and Director of Innovation and Technology at a 2-billion-dollar bank, as well as serving as the Chief Information Security Officer. His skill set encompasses areas such as contract negotiation, financial software evaluation, expertise in core banking systems, and implementation of Fintech solutions. Eric brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, ensuring the successful implementation of best-of-breed solutions in the banking sector.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT. In addition, he has earned numerous certifications in business, banking, and IT. Eric is a distinguished graduate of the ABA Stonier National Banking School and has also completed a leadership certificate program at Wharton Business School. Throughout his career, Eric has been recognized with multiple awards for his outstanding work. Notably, he has received the prestigious 40 Under 40 award twice, in both 2015 and 2019, in recognition of his influential leadership in business and community engagement. Moreover, Eric has been invited to speak at several Bank conferences, sit on CIO panels,  and participate in various IT, innovation, security and leadership programs, further highlighting his expertise.

Residing in Massachusetts, Eric finds joy in his leisure time through traveling, playing ice hockey, immersing himself in sports spectating, and cherishing precious moments with his wife, Jen, and their four children.
