Bill Eavenson is a former Engagement Manager for Sheshunoff Consulting + Solutions and a former Consultant with JMFA. His area of expertise is lending and credit. He has over 30 years of experience in the financial services industry having worked as both a banker and consultant. He has routinely assisted clients in finding operational solutions and improving profitability through re-engineering, automation, and revenue enhancement.
Bill’s banking experience began at the former Citizens & Southern National Bank in Atlanta, Georgia. During his banking career, he worked as a management trainee in the branches, served as a credit analyst, and was a commercial lender/new business development officer.
In regard to his professional consulting career, Bill has managed and delivered projects that cover the full range of lending functions. Engagements have addressed opportunities within commercial, small business, consumer, mortgage and credit card lending as well as most back office credit departments and loan operations. He is particularly effective in identifying and designing improvements in credit policy, workflow, and employee productivity. Furthermore, he is equally as competent in defining non-interest income opportunities associated with loan origination and servicing as well as managing implementation and the tracking of financial benefits.
Bill holds an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University, an M.A. from Bowling Green State University, and a B.A. from Westminster College.
