Randy is recognized as an expert in community bank management and technology. He has authored several articles for national and regional trade publications and has been asked to share his vision with hundreds of community bank leaders at numerous state and national banking forums.  Randy’s success as a speaker stems from his ability to communicate, in banking terms, the impact of emerging technologies on specific business challenges.

Randy has over 26 years of computer and technology experience, including 19 years in the banking industry.  He has always been involved with leading edge technologies and their practical application in business.
