Our expense management practice focuses on the Procurement LifeCycle and is dedicated to expense management for large banks and other corporations. Randy Roth, a former IBM executive, founded Vitex in 1995 to build a team of highly experienced individuals dedicated to assisting executives in meeting the challenges of today's fast-paced, competitive world. The company has grown to support and assist hundreds of successful corporations. Headquartered in the metro Charlotte, North Carolina area, Vitex currently employs a staff that includes former bank and corporate executives, project managers, and an administrative staff. The company is a sought after intellectual resource for national and state banking associations and often provides speakers or facilitators for various banking forums, including national and state conventions, conferences, seminars, and banking schools. Vitex does not represent any hardware or software vendors, nor do we receive any compensation or remuneration, directly or indirectly, from any vendor for referrals, recommendations, etc. In addition, we do not sell any hardware or software. This allows us to maintain uncompromising objectivity when providing recommendations to our clients. All of our revenue is received from our clients.
